School board members, My Name is Cain, founder of Task Force Freedom. Task Force Freedom is committed to defeating and eradicating the destructive and racist policies of Critical Race Theory (CRT) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), as well as the sexual grooming tactics being forced upon students in government schools. We expose the harmful intentions behind these agendas and advocate for the protection and emotional healing of our children. We also assist parents in finding alternative educational options, ensuring a safer and more nurturing environment for the next generation. We promote parental rights. A parent should have the right to decide if their child should be exposed to pornographic materials. A government administered by improper human beings ought to have limited powers. Unlimited power, administered by imperfect humans, is a recipe for tyranny. Our diligent team members have discovered many pornographic books within your charter school, which are made available to children. It is important to understand we are not requesting that the books be banned or burned, as this is a violation of Colorado case law, Tattered Cover, Inc. v. Tooley (The violation of an adults1st Amendment Rights). We are simply asking you, the board members, to protect these innocent children from the explicit and harmful pornographic materials in your charter school. Give the parents the choice, let the parents decide if they want their children to watch, read, and have these images/content imprinted in their vulnerable minds. The human mind is the source of all wealth. What harm are you doing to these innocent babies? The damage that is caused by your failure to protect these babies may be life-changing and will interfere with their natural child development. You are professional educators, experts in the field of child development. What happens to a child when they are exposed to graphic pornographic
materials? The answer is: They become hypersexual at a very young age! If the human mind is the source of all wealth, as I believe it is, then what does the future hold for the children? Their little minds are not ready to comprehend the content in these books. You have the power, the choice to return the rights back to the parents. • Are you not required to protect and report harmful treatment imposed upon children in your schools as Mandated Reporter? • Would it be acceptable to you, if a man talked with your 10-year-old daughter / granddaughter about the proper way to perform fellatio? • Please explain to the public why the school requires a permission slip from a parent, for their child to watch/view a movie classified higher than a “G” rating (Best Practices). The parents of your school have the right to know why pornographic books are acceptable with no oversight or supervision. Yet movies like, “How to Train your Dagon”, “The Incredibles”, “Kung Fu Panda” and countless others, ALL require a signed permission slip from the parents. Please explain your decision to NOT require the same parental disclosure and choice for adult pornographic material.
There is no question on whether the books you are providing to children are pornographic. As described: It is within this analytical framework that the display provision in section 18-7-502(5) must be evaluated. Section 18-7-502(5) provides: (5) It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to exhibit, expose, or display in public at newsstands or any other business or commercial establishment frequented by children or where children are or may be invited as part of the general public: (a) Any picture, photograph, drawing, sculpture, motion picture film, or similar visual representation or image of a person or portion of the human body which depicts sexually explicit nudity, sexual conduct, or sadomasochistic abuse and which is harmful to children; or (b) Any book, pamphlet, magazine, printed matter however reproduced, or sound recording which contains any matter enumerated in paragraph (a) of this subsection (5), or explicit verbal descriptions or narrative accounts of sexual excitement, sexual conduct, or sadomasochistic abuse and which, taken as a whole, is harmful to children.

18 U.S. Code § 1466A – Obscene visual representations of the sexual abuse of children (a)IN GENERAL.—Any person who, in a circumstance described in subsection (d), knowingly produces, distributes, receives, or possesses with intent to distribute, a visual depiction of any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture, or painting, that— depicts a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; and is obscene; or depicts an image that is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in graphic bestiality, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or sexual
intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value. or attempts or conspires to do so, shall be subject to the penalties provided in section 2252A(b)(1), including the penalties provided for cases involving a prior conviction. (b)ADDITIONAL OFFENSES.—Any person who, in a circumstance described in subsection (d), knowingly possesses a visual depiction of any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture, or painting, that— depicts a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct;
What will your legacy be? Will you stand with the parents and protect their parental rights, their God given natural rights? Will you take a stand to protect these innocent babies from pornography in your schools? This is a parent right issue; The parents should have the right to decide if they want their children reading pornographic material. It’s the parent who decides the health, safety and welfare of their children. The parent has the right to impose their own moral values on their children, NOT the porn which you are providing to their babies.
