Today the Colorado Deep State in conjunction with the Globalists were unsuccessful in dismissing the DOJ Statement of Interest against Tina Peters. This alone was a HUGE victory for justice. Leading up to today, the Insurgent Marxist Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser on behalf of his Globalist handlers did all he could to prevent the case from even being heard. He even attempted to utilize last minute 3rd Grade excuses reminiscent of why homework wasn’t done. Their excuses were also unsuccessful.
The Judge today heard both sides, and instead of ruling in favor of the Deep State as it usually goes in Colorado to silence Tina Peters and her Election Fraud findings, he continued the hearing for about a week in order for both sides to gather and present more succinct evidence for his consideration. At the heart of the hearing today is the following question posed by the DOJ: Was the case “oriented more toward inflicting political pain than toward pursuing actual justice or legitimate governmental objectives.” This is in alignment with Executive Order 14147, Ending the Weaponization of The Federal Government (Jan. 20, 2025).
