Tina Peters Is Free!!! Tina Peters released from prison

Former Mesa County elections clerk Tina Peters was released from prison on Monday morning, June 1, 2026. She walked free from the La Vista Correctional Facility in Pueblo, Colorado, after serving roughly 18 to 20 months of her original sentence.
